§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definition of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by direct bank transfer, Amazon Pay, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay).
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay by bank transfer, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
(4) Shipping costs (domestic and international):
The products purchased on the website will be sent by courier to the address indicated by the buyer. The transport costs depend on the destination and the quantity purchased:

- Germany, Austria = 14,50 Euro – Free shipping from 75 Euro
Orders can also be placed from any European country as well as from countries outside Europe, both within and outside the EU. §4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery normally takes place within 5 working days (may vary depending on the place of delivery). In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by despatch.

Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
